The challenge? Capture the attention of cable affiliate customer service reps (CSRs) and incentivize them to sell EPIX subscriptions using Get Shorty, their latest original series.

The resulting sales kits included plot synopsis, cast bios, Hollywood lingo and custom games designed to test the CSRs on details callers would find most interesting aboutthe show—and in turn, more likely to upgrade to an EPIX-included package. In-center standees also provided the team with fun photo opportunities and social extensions beyond their walls.
